What type of procurement and disposal activities will be governed by the regulations?

The Interim Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations shall apply to all public procurement and disposal activities in the Republic of Southern Sudan. The regulations shall be followed for the procurement of goods, works and services, financed in whole or in part from public funds except for military hardware or in cases where the Government decides that it is in the national interest to use different procedure.
