This service is provided in accordance with the provisions of Articles 55(3)(b), 110(n), and 85(1) of the Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan, 2011. It is operated under the Ministry of Finance and Planning in the Directorate of Public Procurement. It is headed by the Director of Procurement assisted by the Minister of Finance.
